Small-scale IC technology utilizing magnetostrictive delay line for
working registers, and 10-digit Nixie tube display. 20-digit capacity with
switch for displaying low ten digits or high ten digits. Two accumulating
memory registers. Fixed decimal point. Introduced in Fall, 1968. EDC-IIIA
version introduced slightly later, difference between EDC-III and EDC-IIIA
unknown at this time.
